The last 2 weeks we have utilised virtual scouting as we have not been able to meet face to face and haven't we had some fun! Last week we learnt about the first 2 stages of bushwalking, learnt and made trail signs and then completed a virtual bushwalk where the Cubs had to navigate their way using the trail signs they made. This week we learnt all about each others pets, we learnt about the Endothermic reaction whilst making ice cream which we then got to eat whilst watching a couple of funny videos. As much as we want to be able to catch up face to face there will be times in our current situation with COVID that makes it impossible and what a way to do it!
